The Supreme Court heard oral arguments over Trump's executive order stripping automatic citizenship from those born here but whose parents are illegal aliens. Under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, "birthright citizenship" is extended to anyone born in the US. But what about those who enter the country illegally for the purpose of giving birth to a child? Trump argues those people aren't entitled to automatic citizenship. The Supreme Court will decide.
