Mike asks that question because newly declassified documents show that Osama Bin Laden was on America's radar as early as 1998, during Bill Clinton's presidency. It seems intelligence indicated Bin Laden's plot to hijack airplanes and crash them into buildings was picked up on very early. Why didn't anyone do anything about it? It puts President Trump's preemptive war against Iran into perspective: Trump is not willing to wait until the fanatical Iranian regime launches nukes at us. He's taking that capacity out now. That segues into a discussion about Trump's accomplishments since 2024. Remember all the fearmongering at the time? If Trump gets elected, no more democracy, no more women's rights, etc. etc. Not only have none of those come true, but he has carried out almost all his campaign promises and overall, our economy has never been better. Mike's conclusion: Trump deserves two more years to accomplish even more.
