Um, Mr. President? Joe? Are you there? Has anyone seen Joe? Supposedly we heard from him (recording?), but no one has seen Joe since he announced he was quitting the election. Several have pointed out that if Joe isn't up to running for reelection, he isn't up to running the country. Which begs the question: just who IS running the country? Kamala? Heaven forbid!
